Matching numbers on frame, face of barrel cluster and head of barrel cluster screw. Fitted with two-piece bag shaped varnished grips with German silver screw escutcheons. Very fine. The pepperbox retains 70% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. The grips are also very fine with a long scratch present on the right panel and a few minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The case is fine with numerous minor handling marks and the lock escutcheon missing. The lining shows minor wear.
