The included factory letter confirms the 4 inch barrel, blue finish, and checkered gold medallion grips. The gun is listed as special order explaining the target sights, when it was shipped to Victor Lee Emerson, c/o Emerson Engineering Co. Philadelphia, PA, on March 22, 1934. The letter also states that this revolver was the last Perfected Model ever made and holds the highest serial number recorded. The revolver has matching serial numbers on the barrel, barrel latch, cylinder, and butt.
Excellent overall, retaining 98% plus bright original high polish blue finish, minor handling evidence, light cylinder drag line, and sharp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent.
