Rating Definition:Excellent as period Nimschke-New York engraved, retaining 99% plus original nickel plating with a crisp engraving. Nearly all original case colors remain on the hammer. The grips are also excellent with fiery colors. Mechanically excellent. The case is fine with minor handling/storage marks and typical high spot wear on the lining. A highly attractive Nimschke-New York engraved S&W Model No. 1 3rd Issue Revolver with case.
