Manufactured in 1928. Dovetail beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear notch sights, standard barrel markings, Winchester "WP" proofs on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech, and standard markings on the upper receiver tang. Lightly figured, multi-point checkered forend and pistol grip stock with hard rubber Winchester buttplate.

Excellent, retaining 97% plus bright original high polish blue finish on the receiver, 98% original Japanned black finish on the stainless barrel, minor spotting on the left of the receiver, and light handling evidence. The buttstock has a long hairline crack on the underside of the pistol grip, otherwise it is very fine with crisp checkering. The forend is excellent. Mechanically excellent.
