Manufactured in 1970. This rifle has a blue barrel manufactured without sights, a gold trigger, a polished bolt and the remaining surfaces French satin gray. The top of the receiver is factory drilled and tapped for scope mounting. The breech end of the barrel has a 2 inch floral scroll and punch dot engraved wedge on either side. The front receiver ring is engraved with a prong horn antelope on the right side and bugling moose on the left side with the remainder of the receiver featuring a scroll leaf and punch dot engraving. The left front of the receiver is signed "ABEE". The hinged floor plate is engraved with a deer in a wooded scene with floral scrollwork below and on the attaching metal and is signed "L.ACAMPO" below the deer. The trigger guard is engraved with a mountain bear and signed "DK". The stock is extra fancy select walnut with a high gloss finish, fine line checkering and floral and matte hand carving on the forearm and grip area. The stock has contrasting forend and grip cap, a raised comb, cheekpiece, a plastic Browning buttplate and sling swivel

Excellent. The rifle retains 99% plus original blue and satin grey finish. The stock is very good plus with signs of repaired minor salt wood damage. There is an area on the right wrist where the finish has been removed. Overall there are a few minor handling marks and the checkering is very crisp. The engraving and markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
