This highly attractive German gun retains 97% rebrowned finish to the barrels, the gold and silver inlay remain in very good condition with minimal pin-prick sized losses, scattered minor corrosion pock marking visible beneath the finish. Action, locks and mounts mostly a light grey patina with darker discolored areas mostly confined to the forearm, action lever, trigger guard tang and butt plate. Engraving remains clear and sharp throughout. The stock has numerous age related storage and handling bruises and marks, checkering remains well defined, the right side of the butt with old filled knot in the grain.
