A recreated, semi-automatic copy of the Soviet Degtyaryov Infantry Machine Gun produced with a combination of military surplus components and newly made parts and a redesigned semi-automatic only closed bolt receiver. Adjustable pin front and tangent rear sights, a Polish proof mark and "1953" behind the rear sight, maker's markings on the right side of the receiver, the signature pan magazine with rotating top cover on top, a ventilated heat shield, a swiveling steel bipod, grip safety immediately behind the trigger guard, and a smooth semi-pistol grip stock with a sling swivel and integral grease container. Includes a newly manufactured belt feed device marked "SMG-041/2018a", section of linked steel ammunition belt, and two flat pan magazines.

Excellent overall. 99% original blue finish remains with some scattered light handling marks and a small bright line by the rear takedown screw. The buttstock has some small dings but is otherwise excellent. Mechanically excellent.
