It has two wide raised bands cut with incised lines. The larger band is also inscribed " THOM: [unclear] SETCH." The body of the horn has "THE WONDRA STILL" over an emu directly over a large howdah on the back of an elephant, "BRITANNIA RULES THE WAVES" (line from the popular patriotic song "Rule, Britannia!") over a rendition of Britannia with a ship to her right and St. Edward's Crown, a banner with "THE - KING'S- OWN REGIMENT" and a male lion over "IV." The base and spout plugs are absent.
