Manufactured in 1937 but not finished/shipped until after World War II. Half moon front and fixed square notch rear sights, with the two-line address and patent dates on the left side of the slide, the model marking and Rampant Colt on the right, and the matching number beneath the firing pin stop. The frame is marked "T/VP" and "60" on the trigger guard, with a wide hammer, short milled trigger, long grip safety, arched checkered mainspring housing, checkered reinforced Keyes Fiber grips and a blue magazine.
Very fine, with 85% of the original blue finish, showing a brown patina on the matte areas, spotting concentrated on the slide, bright edge wear and mild handling marks. The grips are also very fine, with some light dings and dents. Mechanically excellent.
