Description:Fixed blade front and fine adjustable tangent rear sights, "1918" date on the chamber and "DWM" monogram on the toggle link. Three "crown/letter" proofs are present on the right side of the barrel extension, Imperial Eagle firing proofs on the extension, barrel and breechblock. External numbers are matching, excluding the unnumbered front sight and non-matching nickel finished wood base magazine. Proper "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" markings on the upper safety position and extractor respectively, with a pair of checkered grips.
Rating Definition:Very fine. 80% plus original blue finish remains with areas of high point and edge wear, some mottled gray/brown patina on the grip straps, and 50% faded original straw colors remain on the small parts. The grips are also very fine with well-defined, mildly worn checkering and small dings. Mechanically excellent.
