Description:
Also known as the Model 95 and Double Derringer. This Type II variation was manufactured in beginning 1888 and manufactured until 1911. In addition to the standard markings and features, it has "D1231" on the bottom of the barrel, "109" on the back strap, "crown/BP" and "crown/BV" proofs on the barrels on the right, and a "crown/BV" proof on the right side of the frame at the hinge.
Rating Definition:
Excellent overall with 95% plus original nickel plated and niter blue finish, some minor pitting/oxidation mainly near the toe, crisp checkering and markings, and numerous scattered nicks and dings. Mechanically fine.
