With narrow base ramp blade front and Micro adjustable rear notch sights, flat top frame, type 2 ejector rod housing, type 1 serrated ejector rod head, serrated blue hammer with polished sides, and aluminum alloy grip frame. The frame has the distinctive plum tint found on many early Ruger revolvers, and the grip frame is anodized black. With stag grips with nickel and black Ruger medallions. With unnumbered correct model factory box and papers.

Excellent. 98% plus original blue finish remains with a faint trace of edge wear, light handling marks, some small nicks, and light cylinder drag line. The otherwise excellent replacement stag grips are slightly ill fitting with visible gaps around the shoulders. Mechanically excellent. Box is good with corner and edge wear and some areas of discoloration.
