Rating Definition:Fair. The revolver has an overall bright polished appearance. There is some minor flash type pitting. The engraving is crisp. The slightly undersized grip is very fine with some age cracking on the bottom an couple small surface chips missing from the top and some minor handling marks. The action does not function properly. The relined case is good with minor handling/storage marks and some high spot wear to the lining.
