The top of the barrel has the one-line address, and the bottom of the barrel is stamped "RAC," "P" and "P." The rear cylinder face is stamped with two "K"s. This Colt refurbished revolver has the mixed numbers and components typical of the Artillery variants with the back strap and trigger guard matching numbers 120433. The right side of the grip has a cartouche, and the bottom of the grip is twice stamped "RAC." Comes with a Colt black box with ink marking on bottom which is partially visible and all that is legible is "Officer # 1250".
Rating Definition:Very fine. The revolver retains 75% of the blue finish with the balance thinning to a brown. The hammer and frame retain 60% of the case colors. The grip is fine with a tiny chip missing near the bottom and some minor dings and scratches. The cartouche is legible. Mechanically excellent. The box is poor with tape repairs, missing material and a couple of tears.
