Manufactured in 1952. Features a ramped, hooded, beaded blade front sign and elevation adjustable rear notch sight and standard markings. The top of the receiver is factory drilled and tapped for scope bases with filler screws in place. The barrel and receiver are stamped with the Winchester "WP" proof at the breech, offset to the left. Mounted on a multi-point checkered pistol grip stock with sling swivels and a checkered steel buttplate.

Excellent overall. 97% plus original blue finish remains with mostly light handling marks, cycling marks on the receiver and bolt, and edge wear mostly on the buttplate. The very fine stock has small pressure dents, crisp checkering, and some mild scrapes and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
