Tangent rear sight, with the left side of the receiver marked "G43" followed by the serial number and "ac 44" code, the right side fitted with an integral scope rail, rough cast metal bolt carrier and sheet metal dust cover. Smooth pistol grip stock, with a faint Waffenamt cartouche on the left side, brown leather sling, "aye WaAB43 G43" marked magazine and cupped buttplate.

Very fine, showing 75% of a mixed tone phosphate finish overall, with patches of pitting on the barrel, bright edge wear and scattered handling marks. The back left corner of the magazine floorplate has snapped off. The stock is fine with a crack near the scope base and some mild scratches and dents. Mechanically excellent.
