Manufactured in 1951. Features a single steel bead sight. The top of the receiver is round and smooth. The barrel has the last style inscription along with the "W/P" proofmark on the top rear of the barrel. The proofmark is also stamped on top of the receiver. The barrel was made specifically for 22LR shot shells and is not rifled. It does have an 8 inch counterbore. Mounted on a 17 groove flat bottom walnut forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with a checkered steel buttplate.
Excellent with 98% original blue finish. Displaying light handling marks and some light cycling marks on the barrel and magazine tube. The wood is excellent with bright blue and a few light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
