This is a very rare example of a steyr SSP pistol. These were imported in very limited quantities and were only manufactured from 1993 to 2004. They were introduced to compete with the H&K SP89. Designed and manufactured by Steyr of Austria as a semi-automatic civilian version of their TMP machine pistol. The pistols feature black polymer frames, fixed post and windage adjustable rear sights, extended barrel shrouds, standard Steyr markings, and an integral one point sling mounting point at the rear of the frame. The box is numbered to the gun and includes papers. The pistol is consecutively numbered to the "B" gun of this lot.
As new in box with minimal light handling marks overall. Mechanically excellent. The box is good with some handling and storage wear, as well as a larger crush mark on the exterior.
