The top of the chamber is marked "WAFFENFABRIK/ MAUSER/ OBERNDORF A/N", and the upper left has the single commercial "crown/U" proof. The right side of the frame is marked with the large "WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER/ OBERNDORF A.NECKAR/ D.R.P.u.A.P.", with the small Mauser banner on the reverse. It has the standard inverted "v" blade front and 1,000 meter tangent rear sights. Equipped with an unmarked small ring hammer, a pair of 12 groove grips, and a lanyard ring on the buttplate.

Excellent with 95% plus of the original blue finish overall with high spot wear with blue loss on the front edges of the frame rails, grip straps and underside of the barrel. There are small scratches/nicks below the rear takedown notch. The grips are in very fine condition with light handling marks on the sides and lower butt area. Mechanically excellent.
