Description:

Manufactured in 1975-76. Fitted with a Patridge style fixed front sight and a fully adjustable rear notch sight. Solid rib barrel marked "45 CAL. MODEL 1955" on right side. Has a casehardened smooth trigger and a wide casehardened checkered hammer. Fitted with a set of partially checkered walnut grips with silver Smith & Wesson medallions. Complete with a wood case, shipping carton, screwdriver, cleaning tools and papers.

Rating Definition:

Excellent with 98% of the original blue finish with only slight handling marks and a faint cylinder drag line. The hammer and trigger have vivid case colors. The grips are very good with minor scattered scratches and dings. The checkering is crisp. The case is excellent with a few minor dings. Mechanically excellent.

Complete with a walnut case with maroon velvet lining.
