Description:
Manufactured between 1920 and 1929. With an elevated blade and bead front and elevation adjustable rear open sights. Mounted on a one piece checkered walnut stock with Schnabel style forend. Fitted with a tang mounted thumb safety and a serrated curved steel Savage buttplate.
Rating Definition:
Excellent overall with 97% original blue finish on the barrel and receiver. Muzzle end does show some light thinning directly at the muzzle on the left side. Stock is very good with scattered surface scratches, and several deep scratches near the butt. A small deep dent is present on the right butt face. Mechanically excellent.
