Introduced by Semmerling Corporation of Boston and continued by American Derringer, the LM-4 is a purpose built backup weapon putting the power of the 45 ACP in the smallest design the inventor could make. Feeding from a 5-round magazine, the slide is manually operated, forward to extract and back to chamber, with a double action only trigger. Fixed sights with "MOD. LM-4/PATENTS PENDING" and "CAL. .45 ACP STD.MIL.SPEC.CTG. ONLY" on the slide, and the Waco, Texas address on both the slide and frame. Fitted with a pair of checkered grips. Strips of grip tape have been added to the magazine. With an ADC pouch, manual and 5 spent casings.
Excellent with all of the satin finish, showing some light scratches and a few small areas of spotting. Grips are very good with a few dings on the checkering. Mechanically excellent.
