The Reichs Zeugmeisterei (RZM) served as the quartermasters office of the National Socialists, and later became the chief authority on textiles in the Third Reich. Fixed sights and standard markings, with "crown/N" proofs on the barrel, chamber hood and slide, and the addition of the circular "RZM" logo on the left side of the slide between the model marking and the serrations. The interior of the slide is numbered to match the frame. Serrated ring hammer, 90 degree safety and checkered streaked brown plastic "WALTHER" banner grips with matching colored magazine base extension.

Extremely fine, with 90% plus of the original blue finish, showing some bright edge wear and scattered handling marks. The barrel is bright overall, with shallow pitting on the muzzle. Grips are very fine, flexing away slightly at the top and bottom edges and showing some light scratches. Mechanically excellent.
