Description:Manufactured in 1920. Single nickel bead sight installed on the bayonet lug/four-hole heat shield, with a 2 3/4 inch chamber, cylinder choke, and the standard Winchester model and patent markings on the sides and a conjoined "WP" proof at the breech. The right side of the receiver is marked "US/(flaming bomb)", with the "WP" stamp on the top left. Ribbed forearm and smooth pistol grip stock, with a checkered Winchester buttplate, length of pull 13 3/4 inches.
Rating Definition:Fair as assembled, with traces of the blue finish showing areas of brown and gray patina, with bright edge wear, scattered handling marks and some dents along the edge of the loading port. The replaced reproduction heat shield has 95% of a gray phosphate finish, showing mild spotting. The stock is fair, with the rear sling swivel detached and a smooth brass panel in it's place, mild dings and some light scratches. The hammer has been fined down and bobbed. Mechanically fine.
