Manufactured as a set in 1978 to commemorate 100 years of operation. This example has an engraved silver bust of Jonathan Browning on the lock plate and a silver inlaid plaque on the right side of the buttstock marked "BROWNING/1878-1978/CENTENNIAL". Blade front sight and buckhorn rear. Has a single set trigger. With a powder horn numbered to the gun, nipple wrench, 1 extra nipple, patch jag, patch remover and case. Ramrod absent.
Excellent, 98% of the original brown finish remains with some areas of freckling. There is one screw absent that holds the ramrod channel and pipes to the barrel. There is some minor freckling on the bright wedge escutcheons. The stock is also excellent with a few scattered light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The powder horn is very good with a long scratch on the wooden base plug and some grind marks next to the groove for the leather thong. The case is very good with some scattered scratches and dings.

Manufactured in 1978 to commemorate 100 years of operation. The left side of the receiver is engraved with a game scene showing an elk next to a river surrounded by floral scroll engraving. The left side is signed at the bottom rear "R BEE". The right side is engraved with a game scene showing a gold inlaid quail in flight over a grassy field with trees in the background surrounded by floral scroll engraving. The safety markings are inlaid in white gold. The 24 inch rifle barrels have a beaded blade front sight on a ramp, an elevation adjustable flip up rear sight and ejectors. The 26 1/2 inch vent rib shotgun barrels have a single steel bead sight, are choked modified/full and have 3 inch chambers with ejectors. Mounted on a beautifully figured, multi-point checkered walnut forearm with Schnabel tip and straight grip stock with plastic buttplate. Length of pull is 14 1/8 inches. With a walnut display case lined in red velvet.
Excellent, 99% of the original blue finish remains with some high edge wear and a few scattered minor handling/storage marks. The French gray components have some scattered minor freckling. The wood is very good with the rifle forearm having a moderate chip in the top right rear that is lodged in place and there are some scattered minor marks. The case is excellent with some scattered minor scratches and dings.
Manufactured in 1978 to commemorate 100 years of operation. Fixed sights, gold plated trigger and fitted with fully checkered fancy walnut grips with Browning medallions. With a display case lined in red velvet for the gun, three commemorative knives stamped with the matching serial number and a display case for the knives.
Near new with only a few scattered light handling/storage marks overall and the left grip medallion is absent. The cases are both excellent with some scattered minor scratches. The knives are all near new with only minor marks.
