Manufactured in 1981. Post front and 4-position drum rear sights, bird cage flash hider, grooved and textured forearm, "0-1" trigger group and a polymer stock. The right side of the magazine well has the "HK Inc" import marks and the left side has the model, serial number, caliber and "eagle/N, IB (1981) antler" commercial proofmarks.
