Produced from 1936 through the end of the war for the German Navy. There are no sights on the barrel, which is fitted with a small wooden handguard with a stop on the front to keep the hand from slipping. The left side of the frame is marked with the one line "Zella-Mehlis" address over "1939", the Walther banner, and "1100", and "eagle/swastika/M/III/3" ahead of the two position safety switch, labeled "SICHER" and "FEUER". The right side of the frame is marked with an "eagle/inverted heart", while the top the chamber indicators and 3-position selector. The back strap is marked "N/590", showing issue to the North Sea Fleet. Checkered walnut grips.
Very fine, showing minor handling marks and a small amount of pitting on the barrels and selector. Grips are fine, with dents and scuffs. Forend is very fine with some handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
