Description:This is an excellent example of a WWII Mauser HSc pocket pistol as produced during WWII for the German Police. The left side of the slide has the Mauser Banner and two-line markings, "Mauser-Werke A.G. Oberndorf a.N./ Mod. HSc.---- Kal. 7,65 mm". The left rear trigger guard bow is marked with the correct "Eagle/L" Police proof and the standard Nazi "eagle / N" commercial proof on the right side. This pistol is complete with one unmarked WWII HSc magazine and an original WWII German Police marked leather holster. The holster does not carry any makers markings but it does have the correct Nazi Police "Eagle" proof on the front flap.
Rating Definition:Excellent with 97% plus of the original WWII blue finish showing some minor blue thinning on the rear grip strap, the edges and high spots. The grips are also excellent with a nice light brown matching color on both sides with light handling marks on both grips. The holster is excellent showing very minimal use with a some slight wear on the top/rear edge of the belt loop, with a clear distinct Police Eagle proof on the front flap. An excellent example of a WWII Nazi HSc Police pistol rig
