Description:
Manufactured from 1906 to 1930. Dual sights, 2 3/4 inch chambers, choked extra full/extra full, and ejectors. C Grade scroll and game bird scene engraved box lock action with "ANSLEY H. FOX" marked on the sides. Double triggers, automatic tang safety, and checkered straight grip stock with vented recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 5/8 inches.
Rating Definition:
Fine. The barrels retain 70% original blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. The receiver retains 60% original case colors. The wood is fine with a number of handling marks and a couple hairline cracks near the stock toe. Recoil pad has hardened. There are a few minor blemishes in the overall crisp checkering.
