Description:
Fixed sights, dated 1937 on the chamber, with the "S/ 42" code on the toggle. "Eagle/ 63" proofs on the extension and barrel, with eagle firing proofs on the extension, barrel and breechblock. Matching numbers on several parts. "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" on the upper safety area and extractor, respectively. Checkered hardwood grips and blue magazine with aluminum base numbered to match the gun.
Rating Definition:
Excellent, with 97% of the original blue finish, showing a gray patina on the sides of the muzzle, a hint of brown on the grip straps. Grips are excellent, with a few pressure dents and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
