A) Cased Auto Ordnance Iwo Jima Commemorative 1911A1 Semi-Automatic Pistol
Gold etched oak leaf and Iwo Jima banner on the left side of the slide, blue finish with gold plated screws and small parts and fitted with nicely figured checkered walnut grips with Marine Corp Medallions. Complete in a glass top display case with red fitted lining and commemorative plaque. Also has plastic hardcase, certificate of authenticity/manuals, and the original hanging tags.
Near new in the case with only slight handling/storage marks.
B) Inscribed Auto Ordnance Model 1911-A1 D-Day Commemorative Semi-Automatic Pistol
Standard gold inlaid commemorative slide markings, blue finish with gold plated small parts, right side of the slide inscribed "ANTHONY J. YOUNG, M.D. FOR / COL. M. C., MDARNG: LTCA JMILLER". Fitted with smooth plastic grips with wreaths around the screws and D-Day medallions. Comes with plain cardboard box and hanging tags.
Near new with some light handling/storage marks. The box is good.
