Pinched blade front and hammer notch rear sights, with "E. LEFAUCHEUX / INVR BREVETE" on the left rear barrel flat and "crown/N" on the right. Serial number on the left side of the frame and the cylinder is Liege, "crown/L and "crown/N" proofed. Six round unfluted cylinder, ejector rod mounted on the right side of the barrel lug and fitted with smooth varnished walnut grips with steel buttcap and lanyard ring.

Very good as period refurbished. The revolver retains 80% blue finish with flaking on the frame, smooth mottled gray patina on the back strap and trigger guard, thinning to gray on the front strap, thinning on the barrel and a few small areas of minor spotting. The grips are also very good retaining most of the freshened varnish and showing a few scattered minor dings and handling marks. The markings are clear. The action is fine.

Right side of frame is marked "OVIEDO 1871", the serial number on the opposite and the loading gate has the matching number. Brass post front and hammer notch rear sights, ejector rod mounted on the right side of the barrel lug, six round unfluted cylinder and fitted with smooth two-piece walnut grips, with a lanyard ring on the butt.

Good. The metal surfaces have a smooth mottled brown patina. The undersized grips are also good with scattered minor dings, dents and scratches. The markings are clear. The action is fine.
