Classic Southern "mountain rifle" style of the mid-19th century to early 20th century. The top of the barrel is signed "Wm. Dreppere" (perhaps actually Drepperd). "Wilke" marked lock.
Fair with dark brown patina, pitting, and moderate wear. The refinished and repaired stock is good and has a hairline crack on the left flat and a couple chips absent around the lock. Mechanically functions.
