Manufactured in 1946, with a dovetailed blade bead and adjustable sporting rear sights. The left side of the barrel has the standard marking including "22 L. RIFLE - SUPER SPEED AND SUPER-X", with the Winchester oval proof stamped on the top of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Mounted with a smooth forearm with steel forend cap and pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate and non-factory installed sling swivel studs.

Excellent. The rifle retains 98% original blue finish with some minor scratches on the left side of the barrel and some muzzle and high edge wear. The buttplate shows some thinning and edge wear. With the exception of a couple of minor cracks on the toe, the wood is excellent with a few scattered minor scratches and handling marks. The markings are sharp. Mechanically excellent.
