Rating Definition:

Excellent. The shotgun retains virtually all of the original blue finish with some minor scratches overall and a very light surface scuff mark on the left side of the barrel. The frame has only the slightest handling marks. The gold washed components show mild tarnish loss. The stock is excellent with chip repair behind the upper tang. There are a few mild chips and a repaired chip near the lower tang. There are a few light nicks near the toe of the buttplate and a few very light scratches and dings overall. The buttplate has a couple of minor chips, a minor crack at the top screw and the toe has been repaired. There are a couple of minor dings in the overall sharp checkering. The engraving is clear and crisp.
