These flintlock pistol feature screw on 5 1/4 inch, cannon muzzle, tapered 60 caliber barrels marked "LONDON" on the top at the breech and the rear left is marked with two recessed crown proofs one "crown / GP" and the other "crown / V" flanking what appears to be a monogram "JLP". The lock is marked "COLLUMBELL" under the flash pan and the lock has a simple zigzag engraved border. The breech end of the barrel and the tang are engraved with a leaf pattern. All iron mountings and mounted with a one-piece half-stock with shell pattern carving directly behind the tang, tear drop flats, decorative silver left side plate, thumb plate and grotesque face buttcap.
Very good plus. The iron surfaces have a smooth mottled gray patina. The silver has an aged patina. The stock is very good as freshened with a small filled repair on the upper left side and overall a few minor dings and dents. The carving and flats remain crisp. The markings are clear and crisp. The action is very fine.
