Description:Discontinued in 1962, the Dardick pistol used an internal magazine fed 3 round auto-ejecting cylinder in conjunction with the proprietary "Tround" ammunition. The Trounds were a 38 caliber bullet, powder and primer contained in a triangular shaped plastic case. This was a forerunner to a caseless round which H&K eventually developed in the late 1960s/ early 1970s. Blade front sight, rear sight absent, standard markings on the barrel and stamped sheet metal frame, "Special" scratched under the ejector port, serrated hammer, smooth trigger and checkered grips with the "DC" Dardick logo. In box with papers and seven Trounds, 5 of which are live.
Rating Definition:Excellent, with 98% of the original finish, showing a bright patina on the edges and scattered scratches. Grips are good, with some fading. Box is fair, with some separation of the hinge and mild scuffing and staining. One of the live Trounds is cracked, all others appear solid. Action is very good.
