Manufactured in 1923. Sporting front and rear barrel sights on shortened 19-1/2 inch octagon barrel marked on the right side with the standard two line New Haven address. The muzzle has the proper flat crowning and the sight slot is in the correct position. Half magazine with take down configuration. The serial number is stamped on the underside of the frame with model designation and trademark information stamped on the upper tang. Smooth pistol grip stock with an iron forearm tip, plastic Winchester grip cap, and crescent iron buttplate.

Fine (with exception above) 50% original blue finish remains on the shortened barrel, worn along the edges with some casual surfaces scratches. The frame retains 50% thinning original blue bright around high points with scattered scratches and dings. The lower tang still exhibits nearly all original blue finish. The wood is good with pressure dents and scratches throughout with a few deep abrasions on the bottom of the left buttstock.
