The sear is individually marked, and installed in a numbered "shelf"-pattern trigger pack with safe/semi/full internals.
Excellent, with minor wear. Mechanically in good order. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
Originally manufactured in 1986, this item has been modified to act as the host to the registered sear, item "A". Post front and drum rear sights, with a threaded muzzle and triple-lug mounting hardware on the "URBACH MP5-N" marked barrel, triangular handguard, pin-pattern receiver with functional paddle release, textured trigger housing with right handed selector switch and "S/E/F" full/burst/semi/safe markings, and two-position telescoping buttstock. Internally, the bolt carrier has a welded-up sear trip and an "IG" (1986) dated bolt head. Included with the lot is a soft case, five stick magazines, and a Beta C-Mag double-drum magazine with soft case.
Very fine as upgraded to act as a host, with 95% plus factory quality black finish, showing minor handling marks on the metal and furniture. Mechanically excellent. Note: This item is a “host” for a NFA-registered conversion component, and will not be separated from that component for sale or shipment. The serial numbered receiver of this item has been permanently altered to accept the conversion component, and is not called out by serial number on the paperwork for the conversion component.
