Manufactured in 1988, with "II" date code on the left of the magazine well. Features hooded blade front and four position drum rear sights, birdcage flash hider, "IH6J" marked barrel, "IH511" bolt, "IC" bolt carrier, and "0/1" color coded fire selector. Fitted with textured polymer triangular handguard, pistol grip, and fixed buttstock, along with a "7,62x51/IH" marked magazine. With the furniture and majority of metal surfaces (except the barrel, flash hider, and internals), including the magazine, enhanced with a desirable factory disrupted brown/green NATO woodland camouflage paint scheme, which was purportedly added to only 300 HK91 rifles.

Excellent overall, retaining 99% original NATO woodland camouflage finish with limited handling marks and a safety drag line. Mechanically excellent.
