The included factory letter lists this revolver as chambered in .38 Colt with a 3 inch barrel, blue finish and grips not listed when shipped to Pacific Hardware & Steel Company in San Francisco, California, on July 31, 1907, in a shipment of two guns. The revolver has subsequently been given "C" coverage Cuno Helfricht style engraving by Master Engraver John Adams Jr. The revolver is signed "J ADAMS" with Jr.'s signature "intertwining JA". The included Adams & Adams Engravers letter confirms the caliber and barrel length as well as the engraving and charcoal blue finish when completed in July, 2013.

Very fine as embellished by Master Engraver John Adams Jr., retaining 99% plus blue finish with limited handling marks and crisp engraving. Grips are very fine with some worn spots and a series of dings on the left side. Mechanically excellent.
