With matching factory box, papers, extra magazine, tools, and factory letter. The factory letter indicates that 803 pistols were especially manufactured in the fall of 1984 with serial numbers in the range of A881000-A881950. The pistol features a dull non-glare blue finish with dull finished high impact nylon grips. The grips incorporated on these pistols were the same that had been installed on the FBI's special Model 459. The dull finish was also used on the government XM9 sample as well as the style of finish specified by other government agencies. Also included is an article by Don Shumar stating that these pistols were allegedly submitted to the Army's trials to pick a new service pistol.
