Manufactured c. 1888-1907. Remington Arms Co. and "44.2 6/10" (44-100) marked barrel with matching serial number underneath the forearm. Drilled and tapped mounting holes for a scope on the barrel and on the tang for a peep sight. Two holes on bottom of forearm, likely for a palm rest. Receiver cracked on left side.
